Single crystal XRD
Single crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD) can be used to obtain highly detailed information on the crystal structure of the samples, such as the arrangement of atoms, bond lengths, angles, and symmetry of the crystal lattice. The method is suitable for a variety of different materials such as metals, ceramics, organic materials, and metallo-organic complexes.
The analysis can be performed on crystalline samples with a minimum crystallite size of 0.1 mm. Before analysis, we will check the sample under a microscope for a suitable crystal.
Please mention which elements the sample contains and the expected crystal structure of the sample.
