Water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of textiles
Water vapor transmission rate testing of textiles is used to evaluate the breathability of fabrics. The test measures the amount of water vapor that goes through the fabric in a controlled environment. The standard conditions are 20 °C and 65% relative humidity. The result will be given as g/m2/day.
