Determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 in food, feed and dietary supplements with an HPLC method based on EN 14123. Aflatoxins are mycotoxins produced by certain Aspergillus fungi. According to EU food contaminant regulations, materials that potentially require testing include:
