Zearalenone determination
Determination of zearalenone in food, feed, and dietary supplement samples with an HPLC method based on EN 15792. Zearalenone is a mycotoxin produced by some Fusarium species.
Regulation (EU) 2023/915 sets maximum levels for the amount of zearalenone in various high-risk foods, such as cereals and cereal products.
