T-2 and HT-2 toxin determination

Determination of mycotoxins T-2 and HT-2 from food, feed and dietary supplements with an HPLC method based on EN 16923. T-2 and HT-2 are mycotoxins produced by some Fusarium species.

Regulation (EU) 2023/915 sets maximum levels for the amount of T-2 and HT-2 toxins in various high-risk products such as cereals and cereal products.
