Shelf life test for prepared meals

The three-point shelf life test includes the following microbiological analyzes: • Aerobic microorganisms 30 °C • Enterobacteria • Bacillus Cereus (preliminary) • Yeasts and molds The analyzes are performed at the beginning, middle and at the end of the estimated shelf life. The price of the analysis includes three measurements. More measurement points can be added with an extra price.
