Determination of fumonisins B1 and B2 from food, feed, and dietary supplements with an HPLC method based on EN 14352. Fumonisins are mycotoxins produced by some Fusarium species.

Regulation (EU) 2023/915 sets maximum levels for the amount of fumonisins B1 and B2 in various maize products.
