Anions in ultrapure water
Analysis for determining the anion content of ultrapure water samples using ion chromatography (IC). The quantification of the following seven anions with the following typical LOQs is included within the scope of the service:
Bromide (Br-), 0.015 ppb
Chloride (Cl-), 0.010 ppb
Fluoride (F-), 0.005 ppb
Nitrate (NO3-), 0.020 ppb
Nitrite (NO2-), 0.005 ppb
Phosphate (PO43-), 0.010 ppb
Sulfate (SO42-), 0.010 ppb
Quantification limits are higher for samples with higher levels of impurities, as they will need to be diluted to avoid equipment saturation.
Samples must be collected in containers designed for ultrapure water. We can provide the required sample vessels upon request.
