Conductivity of aqueous extracts of paper, board or pulp

With this test, the conductivity of water extraction (hot or cold) from a paper, board, or pulp sample is measured.

The extraction is performed with deionized water, therefore the results may vary slightly from samples that are taken in mill process conditions. The test is not suited for papers used for electrical purposes or high-purity papers.
