Analysis for measuring the specific migration of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzylphosphonic acid, monoethyl ester, calcium salt from a material intended for food contact. The substance is also known by the trade name Irganox 1425 [CAS: 65140-91-2].
Irganox 1425 is listed as FCM 715 with Ref No. 46880 in Regulation (EU) 10/2011 with a specific migration limit (SML value) of 6 mg/kg of food.
