Choline in food
Determination of free or total choline in food with an HPLC-MS method based on AOAC 2015.10. Choline is an essential nutrient and a precursor to many essential compounds, such as phosphatidylcholine phospholipids.
Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 lists choline as a substance that can be added to products like infant formula and baby foods.
