Bursting strength of corrugated cardboard
Burst strength measures the maximum hydraulic pressure that the sample withstands without breaking. Burst strength of paper or board is a commonly used test value alongside bending stiffness and crush tests. Bursting strength from corrugated cardboard is measured from top and bottom side of the sample and the result is given as an average from both sides.
