Terms and Conditions for the Measurlabs Website
1.0 Introduction
1.1 By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
1.2 Note that Measur Oy also has General Terms and Conditions of Sales, which apply to all orders placed by customers at Measur Oy. When the Terms and Conditions for the Measurlabs Website and the General Terms and Conditions of Sales conflict, the latter shall prevail.
1.3 In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Measurlabs”, "we", “us” or “our” refers to Measur Oy
"Website" refers to our website located at measurlabs.com (including subdomains) as well as any other Measurlabs web properties, including our customer portal and online store
2.0 General Terms
2.1 We are not responsible for or endorse any of the third-party sites or services we link to. You access third-party sites or content at your own risk.
2.2 We may modify, suspend or discontinue the website or any part of it to some or all users at any time without notice.
3.0 Online Store
3.1 By placing an order through our online store, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Sales. You are responsible for the suitability of the analysis for your samples and needs.
3.2 We may at any time discontinue offering any particular testing service. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
4.0 Customer Portal
4.1 The customer portal is intended for our customers only. An account will be created for you automatically during the first sign-in.
4.2 User accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.0 Prohibited Activities
5.1 You agree not to engage or attempt to engage in any of the following activities:

11.1 We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on this page. The revised terms will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the website after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
12.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 Disputes shall be settled in accordance with Finnish Law, excluding Finnish conflict of law rules (no renvoi).
