T-2 and HT-2 toxin detection
Determination of mycotoxins T-2 and HT-2 in food, feed, and dietary supplements with an HPLC method based on EN 16923. T-2 and HT-2 are mycotoxins produced by some Fusarium species.
Regulation (EU) 2023/915 sets maximum levels for the amount of T-2 and HT-2 toxins in various high-risk foods, such as cereals and cereal products. Oats are particularly suspectible to high T-2/HT-2 toxin levels.
